1 Eastbourne

Just moments from the Windsor end of Chapel Street, there’s no address quite like 1 Eastbourne. Professional yet relaxed, it’s designed for the most discerning of tenants. It delivers exceptional quality in an exceptionally good location – a genuinely rare combination.
Nestled in a side street and only 50 metres off Chapel, 1 Eastbourne is surrounded by quaint residences and period homes. Bold, yet pared back, it has been designed to blend into its surroundings, exuding warmth and local character. It’s a building where people will know each other; an informal collection of like-minded businesses. A place to flourish and succeed. A workplace with exceptional amenity, it will help businesses attract and retain the best talent.

It's Windsor's Future Workplace.

WINDSOR'S
FUTURE
WORKPLACE

Image Curation

As always, we began by developing a unique brand positioning and narrative for 1 Eastbourne (and a great name, of course). What became apparent was the need to attract a cohort of sophisticated, discerning tenants — ones that would appreciate the exceptional quality of the building, as well as the exceptional location.
Calling for a suite of highly curated and artistic renders, the brand identity pursued a very distinctive 'gallery-esque' aesthetic. We assembled a hand-picked team of experts across renders, photography and various other disciplines. Based on our render art direction brief, Gabriel Saunders was selected for their exceptional dedication to their craft, in particular their artistic compositions and exceptional styling. Together, we embarked on a journey to craft an evocative, sophisticated suite of renders that not only highlighted the exceptional architecture of Jackson Clements Burrows, but also thoughtfully positioned the building within its residential context. Emphasising masonry, glass and concrete, we ensured that the gravitas of the architecture and detailed design were clearly evident.

Ensuring we created a truly integrated suite of marketing materials, renowned photographer Derek Swalwell was commissioned to produce a remarkable series of artistic images, capturing the atmosphere and eclectic nature of Windsor. These were then showcased within the renders themselves — as feature artwork on the walls — further elevating the 1 Eastbourne brand beyond what is typically seen in the commercial leasing space.

Welcome to Windsor

We all know it. We all love it. With a sense of grit and enjoyable unpredictability, Windsor is one of the coolest locales south of the river. As a nod to the wonderful community who choose to live and work at this end of Chapel Street, the 'Welcome to Windsor' narrative added personality and flavour to the local story.

Printed Collateral

It's well known that quality take-home collateral is important — not only leaving a lasting impression on potential tenants but also influencing the perceived quality and value of the property. The suite of printed collateral for 1 Eastbourne took the shape of a custom leather-bound satchel, with an eye-catching foiled and debossed logo on the outer cover. Designed to work in conjunction with the property Information Memorandum — but not as a replacement — it focused on showcasing renders and floor plates, alongside bite-size pieces of supporting information.
