Developed by Wilmac Properties, Cremorne House is intended to be something special. Wilmac's goal is to provide those with an 'entrepreneurial mindset' a smooth pathway to own brand-new, high quality and great-value property — a rare point of difference within a sector traditionally dominated by developers who only hold and lease. 'Ideal for the entrepreneur' was at the heart of the Cremorne House brand narrative.

It's all in the Details

Cremorne House stands as a testament to architectural excellence in the heart of Cremorne. It embodies the bold, robust spirit of the surrounding industrial landscape while proudly showcasing its own distinctive features. Honest and uncompromising, Cremorne House exudes a strong façade, with a structural and compositional grid approach. Inside, Cremorne House is all about fine detailing. Texture and visual interest were been prioritised through a variety of metal finishes, fluted glazing and stone tiling — and highlighted throughtout our sales collateral. 
          During the building construction phase, custom print collateral was finished in a distinctive 'british racing green' colour. Reflecting the executive-style building, the envelopes enclosed a selection of project information as well as a suite of renders — making an ideal 'take-home' item for qualified leads. Paired with a small selection of contemporary workplace illustrations, the printed collateral added a memorable touch to the sales experience.
