Hampton Ltd

Nestled in a side street and only moments from the bay, Hampton Ltd is a curated collection of exquisite, individual residences. Presenting as three distinctive buildings, each stands alone with its own street presence, unique sense of character and customised arrival experience. Together, they boast a diverse range of sizes and configurations across both apartments and townhouses, making them appealing to a diverse range of buyer types. 
          Hampton Ltd is designed as a fully cohesive, single development — consistent in style and aesthetic. But ultimately it's a series of individual residences with individual stories of their own.

Brand Strategy

Hampton Ltd is about the idea of limited supply, and limited opportunity — opportunity to live in a lifestyle-led location that is in short supply of quality, brand-new homes. And with very few of each kind available, it was a platform to leverage the idea of 'rarity' to build a sense of exclusivity — underpinning the brand, campaign, as well as ensuring it stood out from the crowd.
          It was both a strategic and creative solution to an inherent challenge often seen in off-the-plan property marketing — communicating a sense of urgency, securing commitments to purchase and ultimately commencing construction.

Individual Addresses

Hampton Ltd consists of three individual buildings, each considered together and individually. Wrapping the corner of both Thomas Street and Deakin Street North, the buyers were offered a diverse range of residences to consider — rarely seen in such a desirable location. Whether it be wrap-around balconies, outdoor terraces, incredible oversized kitchens or walk-up entrances, there was something to suit every need and desire.
          Our design execution leveraged and amplified the distinctive street addresses, which not only supported the brand strategy but ultimately helped steer the project away from what's often seen in 'typical' project marketing, and further towards visual cues more commonly seen in selling individual properties via traditional real estate.

Custom Animation

We commissioned a custom-made animation to highlight some of the beauty of design and materiality. Primarily based on the monolithic, onyx marble vanity unit (which acted as the foundation) it was adorned with various day-to-day lifestyle elements. From this animation, we also extracted key-frames to use throughout the marketing collateral.
