Loller St

Let’s be honest, a sense of ‘pride’ is incredibly important when it comes to where we live. It’s about how it functions, how it looks and most importantly, how it makes us feel. Loller St has taken a different pathway to many local Brighton developments. It boasts a design team 'hand-picked' for their willingness to take the time to create something genuinely in tune with discerning, local buyers.
Striking the perfect balance across architecture, interior design and excellence in landscaping, Loller St aims to be a local modernist masterpiece that exudes timelessness and sophistication — long-standing hallmarks of enduring, multi-generational appeal.

Welcome to Loller St, Brighton.

A Modernist Masterpiece

Loller St is a hyper-local, modernist masterpiece. An immersive collaboration between Telha Clarke, Mim Design and Paul Bangay, it exudes a distinct sense of calm and luxury — something that can only come from home-sized proportions and so few neighbours. Through careful positioning of the brand, we ensured a compelling narrative was available to inform buyers and underpin the broader lead generation campaign.
Inspired by refined ‘modernist’ principles, it's a timeless residential building of true architectural merit. In looking to international architectural benchmarks — such as Le Corbusier’s Villa Savoye and Dom-Ino House and the enduring design philosophies that underpin them — Telha Clarke has taken a deliberate strategy that shuns the common Bayside ‘trends’ of recent years.
Clean minimal lines, walls of glass and structural columns sitting proudly towards the exterior remove the need for many load-bearing walls within; giving Mim Design complete freedom to design effortless, free-flowing floor plans.

Printed Collateral

It's well known that high-quality take-home collateral is important — not only leaving a lasting impression on buyers but also influencing the perceived value of the property. The suite of printed collateral for Loller St took an unusual form — inspired by the home-sized proportions of the residences themselves.
Large, custom-made envelopes were designed in an eye-catching green, mirroring the Loller St brand. Taking advantage of the stunning suite of renders, the envelopes accommodated a suite of large 'art prints' to showcase the renders of the property to the empty-nester demographic.

Render Art Direction

Pleased to be once again working alongside Mr.P Studios, Assembly Branding provided important art direction for the suite of renders. Angle selection, colour grading and injecting important styling cues helped support the modernist brand narrative. Assembly initiated a series of vignettes — loosely labelled 'modernist moments' — that provided important insight into the design detail of both Telha Clarke architecture and Mim Design interiors.

Companion Piece

An additional brochure was elegantly attached to the rear of the large envelope. Delving into the philosophies of modernist design principles,  it also highlighted the everyday advantages they deliver for occupants. It served as the perfect companion piece, enhancing the larger envelope with insightful, practical content.

Display Suite

Located on the main street in Brighton, Assembly helped transform what was previously a generic space into a fully functioning, customised display suite experience. Taking a minimalist, gallery-style approach we guidance on subtle, yet effective branding applications to create an elegant sales environment. A combination of sheer curtains, hanging banners and a custom three-dimensional logo anchored the central feature table by Mim Design.
The comprehensive approach ensured prospective buyers were greeted by a comfortable, uncomplicated space providing the perfect backdrop for the sophisticated sales experience.
