         Specialising in industrial and commercial property, Wilmac is fast becoming one of the most respected names in developing high-quality office-warehouse precincts. Their goal is to provide those with an 'entrepreneurial mindset' a smooth pathway to own brand-new, great-value property — a rare point of difference within a sector traditionally dominated by developers who only hold and lease.

Brand Architecture

Tasked with reviewing and simplifying Wilmac's stable of brands, Assembly developed a consolidated brand architecture that provided much-needed strength and sophistication. Some brands were retired, while others were retained and incorporated into a singular Wilmac masterbrand. It's proving to be a successful strategy and a stronger platform to advance the Wilmac story and strengthen their point of difference.

Vibrant Business Communities

Most other property developers follow what has traditionally been done — pursuing tangible, predictable advantages such as unique architectural characteristics or quality construction. Empowered by their new brand strategy, Wilmac now defines success as something more intangible — creating 'vibrant business communities'. Sharing similarities with residential communities, it's an approach that's good for practical reasons as well as being good for the soul.
          They may come in different shapes and sizes, but all Wilmac properties share a sense of vibrancy and atmosphere that extends across the entire precinct, contributing to improved performance and productivity. Above all, it’s less about buildings and more about people and place.

Toy warehouse? Our love of language is evident across all of the brands we create. Clever, intelligent and quick-witted copywriting is a hallmark of our work and testament to the strength of the Brand Strategies we develop. The emphasis on memorable personality and storytelling adds depth to the brands we create, underscoring our belief in language as a central branding tool.

Distinctive Illustration

The brands we create have longevity and depth. We view illustration as a strategic tool that can be both visually compelling and emotionally engaging. We regularly collaborate with illustrators both within Australia and abroad, leaving no stone unturned to develop unique brand elements rich in personality and character, further enhancing the storytelling capabilities.
